What is sucking?
Sucking is using mouth, throat, lips or tongue (or any combination of these) to stimulate a man's cock and balls, sometimes to ejaculation.
What's the attraction?
Most parts of the cock and balls are full of nerve endings and pleasure receptors, especially the glans (bell end) and frenum (or frenulum), which is the narrow bridge of skin joining the foreskin to the bell end. Friction, the warmth of the mouth and the gentle stroking of lips and tongue are all more than enough to get a man hard and often shoot his load.
There's a huge taboo about a man taking another's penis in his mouth, hence the insult "sucker" or "cocksucker". Seen by some as a powerful symbol of control, domination/submission, humiliation and emasculation, there can be a real erotic charge from tasting this forbidden fruit.
Some men get off on the retching that can go with cocksucking; a sign of a man being 'forced' to do something they'd rather not (or pretending to).
Cum is seen as a precious liquid that some men are more than happy to take into their own body. They get off on the other guy using their throat for his pleasure. Whether we swallow or not, sucking a guy until he shoots his load brings a real sense of satisfaction and achievement.
With unprotected fucking a major risk for HIV, many men see sucking as a way to enjoy unsheathed cock action but with a smaller risk.
