Watersports
Things to know about watersports
Undiluted urine is yellow and tastes salty and strong, and once it's dried it leaves a tell-tale ammonia smell. So cover mattresses, carpets and so on with a rubber sheet. Alternatively, keep piss play for outside or in the bath, shower or rooms with flooring that piss won't soak into.
Some watersports fans like a strong taste and smell, others prefer to drink beforehand to dilute it. Drink water, apple juice or something similar if you want to keep clear-headed, as drinking lots of beer can cloud your judgement and affect your hard-on.
Infections
There's no evidence of HIV being passed on in piss - it's probably not possible for it to be spread through golden showers or piss drinking. Any infection present, including HIV, is even less likely to be spread if piss just gets on unbroken skin or is drunk. This small risk is higher if piss gets through broken skin and into the bloodstream.
Piss is 95% water and not full of germs. In someone free of infections, urine is sterile in the bladder. But as piss leaves the body it can pick up infections like herpes, gonorrhoea, chlamydia or other bugs that may be in the urethra (the pipe your piss comes down), even when that person has no symptoms.
Piss can also carry small traces of blood if someone has a kidney or urinary infection, so there's a very slight risk of infections carried in blood like HIV or hepatitis C.
Drinking your own piss is totally safe. Either you and your piss will be free of infections anyway or, if you already have an infection, drinking your own piss wouldn't give you it a second time
Generally piss play is one of the safest kinds there is. But if HIV has made someone's immune system very weak there are infections spread in piss that can be dangerous to them, such as cytomegalovirus (which can cause blindness).
Piss in the arse
A 'piss douche' could, in theory, pass on bugs if using the piss of someone with an infection in their urine. For the same reason, pissing into someone's arse ('pissfucking') can be risky, including the risk of passing HIV as it involves a cock inside someone without a condom. If it belongs to a poz man then infected pre-cum or cum might leak into the other man's arse. If the top is negative but the bottom' has HIV, the top's cock might come into contact with HIV infected blood or anal mucus in the lining of the bottom's arse.
A safer option is opening the arse hole with a speculum (a medical instrument for examining inside the arse) then pissing into the hole, taking away the need for unprotected penetration.
Drugs in piss
Some drugs (prescribed or recreational) find their way into piss, so it's possible for a bottom to take in such a drug through drinking someone's urine.
